THEORIS has created this Policy to explain our Privacy practices regarding our OmniRealities applications, so that you understand what information is collected and used. If you choose to use OmniRealities applications, you agree to collect and use information in connection with this Policy.
THEORIS does not collect Personal Data. Our OmniRealities applications allow the user to access and visualize its 3D models and related 2D documents, which may contain Personal Data, but OmniRealities applications does not collect information contained in user’s 3D models and 2D documents. Similarly, OmniRealities applications allow the user to capture media like photos, videos, and audio recordings that may contain Personal Data, but those media are locally recorded on the user’s device and are not collected by THEORIS.
To improve our applications, and also for troubleshooting purposes, THEORIS may collect non-personally identifiable information called Log Data. Log Data is collected whenever the user interacts with our OmniRealities applications and may include device characteristics (type, model, operating system version, …), input file characteristics (container type, size, …), application usage statistics (time and date of execution, …) and other similar metrics that could help us to improve our applications. But it also may include error information (exception description, execution context, call stack, …) that could help us to troubleshoot possible issues. Log Data is anonymous and stored as text files on the user’s device. Therefore, Log Data can be reviewed by the user at any time and can’t be accessed by THEORIS without the consent of the user. If the user consents to sending the Log Data to THEORIS for analysis, THEORIS stores the corresponding files on its development environment infrastructure.
Self-shared content when using applications
You are responsible for the information you share with other users or people. THEORIS cannot control the actions of the users with whom you share your information. THEORIS cannot and do not control the information you share with other users using the OmniRealities applications.
Third Party Services
This Policy covers THEORIS’ collection, use and disclosure of your information through our applications. It does not cover any third-party collection, use or disclosure through applications, websites, webservices, products or services that we do not control or own, or any third-party features or services made available through OmniRealities applications. All third-party trademarks, trade names, and logos displayed in the applications are the property of their respective owners.
